Cancellation Fees are waived in the event of Force Majuere Force Majuere includes major system wide travel disruptions due to Tropical Storm or winter blizzard or pandemics but not 'routine' late arrivals or personal circumstances such as 'my boss ate my ticket' Fees may be waived for "rescheduling" vs. "cancellation" depending on lead time & seasonal load factors. Playa Sonrisa is an easy 4.5 ~ 5 hour drive from the Cancun airport on modern roads. Don't forget to factor in about 2 hours to exit the plane, claim baggage, clear Customs & Immigration, car rental, potty stops, etc. Mid day flight arrivals can comfortably make it here on the same day. For late afternoon arrivals and/or early departure flights you should plan a layover in Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen or Tulum first/last night in Mexico. Please plan hotel arrival & departure dates accordingly and only reserve nights you will actually use |
